TOUCH THE OCEAN: THE POWER OF OUR COLLECTIVE EMOTIONS, is about a way of being with ourselves and others, being with the ocean and the sky in a healing context, even with the weather and weather patterns, and it is also about a new way of light touch, largely unknown, which is proven to relieve and treat an array of symptoms from migraines to depression, scoliosis to seizures, TMJ to ADD, and above all, which gently helps us to discover old story patterns long held within our bodies and to harmlessly release them.
Raised on the ocean in Palm Beach, Florida, James Nemec, poet and L.A. playwright, is also regarded as an expert in the field of CranioSacral therapy, and known for his fascinating hands-on work with dolphins and humans in the Bahamas through the Upledger Institute. Having worked in Los Angeles for more than two decades, the author plans a tour there on the book’s release and in South Florida.

Loved this book! I just finished your book can't wait for the sequel. I met a acupuncturist by the name of Tracy Hackett, who told me about your book, I have been taking classes at Upledger and am hoping to get certified by May, 2008. This book is such an inspiration to me. I really mean that about being an inspiration to me.
